Program Name: Moola

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Moola Copilot LLC ("Moola"), including product announcements, new feature launches, educational content, account-related alerts, and promotional offers related to Moola's financial services (investing, banking, debit card, and related products).

Message Frequency: You may receive up to [8] messages per month. Message frequency may vary.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

To Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received messages. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message, and you will not receive any additional messages. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

Eligibility: The Moola SMS program is available to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and who have provided express written consent to receive text messages.

Privacy: No mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of the SMS program (for example, SMS delivery platforms) is permitted. All other use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
